Philip Latham, Parliamentary candidate for Stockton North, has signed the Power 2010 Pledge, supporting reform of our constitution and of Parliament.

Philip pledged his support for moves to:

Introduce a proportional voting system

Scrap ID cards and roll back the database state

Replace the House of Lords with an elected chamber

Draw up a written constitution

Philip says, "Only the Liberal Democrats are committed to wholesale reform of politics to bring MPs back in touch with the people who elect them."
