Allens West Development Plans

The new owners of the site north of Allens West Station are making plans for its future. There will be a trailer with an exhibition in the car park at Orchard Shops on Friday 30th March from noon to 6pm and on Saturday 31st March from 10am to 2pm.

JG Land are hoping to have a mix of use, including some residential development as well as commercial and industrial. New planning guidance means they need to consult local people before they put in an application, so this is your chance to go and have your say.
